Project Katalyst is an investigator-led platform designed to help law enforcement agencies and child protection organisations combat online child sexual exploitation. It brings together CyberTip processing, digital evidence management, artificial intelligence, media analysis, OSINT, geolocation, and case management into a single secure environment, enabling investigators to move seamlessly from referral to prosecution without relying on multiple disconnected tools.
By automating repetitive tasks and providing powerful analysis and collaboration capabilities, Katalyst helps investigators process more information, identify victims and offenders faster, and focus on the decisions that matter most. Built to support agencies of all sizes, the platform scales from individual investigative teams to national deployments while promoting secure information sharing and interoperability through support for the VICS Data Model.
